With over 12 years of nursing experience spanning OR, general and plastic surgery, medspa, and corporate aesthetics, Sage brings deep, hands-on expertise to her role as Medical Director. She began her aesthetics career in 2016 and has since earned dual board certification — including the prestigious CANS credential from the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board (held by fewer than 530 nurses nationwide).

Sage's approach is rooted in patient safety, artistry, and lasting relationships. She's trained with globally respected aesthetic leaders including Dr. Mauricio de Maio, Dr. Kian Karimi, Dr. Steve Yoelin, and others — and continues to invest in cutting-edge education.

Sara Kranke is a dual-state licensed nurse practitioner with advanced degrees from UCLA, where she earned both her MSN and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). She's been a leader in medical aesthetics since 2013 — as both a high-level injector and a sought-after national trainer and speaker. Her work bridges the art of aesthetics with internal wellness, helping patients and providers approach aging from the inside out.

In addition to clinical work, Sara trains providers of all levels across the U.S., blending anatomy, ethics, and real-world application. She believes education is a two-way street — and is passionate about creating empowering environments for providers to thrive.
