With a deep background in both the medical and aesthetics industries, Jen brings over a decade of experience helping practices scale with confidence and integrity. Her career began in plastic surgery and evolved through years as a top-performing aesthetics representative, where she recognized a growing gap in the industry — talented injectors lacked true business support, mentorship, and compliant medical oversight.
That insight led to the creation of AAG, a platform built to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and sustainable business growth.
