Home/Medical Direction
The clinical foundation, led by a working clinician.
Medical direction at AAG means clinical support, protocols, chart reviews, mentorship and compliance resources for member providers across Arizona. It is serious medical direction, delivered by someone who still injects, teaches and leads in the field.

Medical Director
Sara Kranke, DNP, AGACNP-C, APRN
Sara is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and national aesthetic educator who has been a leader in medical aesthetics since 2013. She holds advanced degrees from UCLA (MSN, DNP), is licensed in two states, and works as a high-level injector and national trainer and speaker.
For AAG members, that means protocols written by someone who uses them, case review from someone with extensive hands-on experience, and mentorship from a clinician who teaches injectors nationally.

What medical direction covers
Four responsibilities. One standard.
01
Protocol development & clinical SOPs
Standard operating procedures and treatment protocols that reflect how aesthetic practices actually run, reviewed and kept current.
02
Case review & chart oversight
Medical-director review of your clinical work, so questions get answered before they become problems.
03
Compliance resources
Arizona-specific compliance resources that help support a strong clinical foundation for your practice.
04
Mentorship & training
Clinical questions answered by an experienced injector, with ongoing education and hands-on training opportunities that build technique.
Oversight, and everything around it
Medical direction is where AAG starts.
Practice resources, vendor education, preferred pricing, a private peer network and member events all sit on top of this foundation. That is what turns oversight into support.
