Aesthetic Alliance Group was established with a firm commitment to mentorship, shared decision-making and safety. Our mission is to bridge the gap often found in the industry by offering a safe, collaborative space that promotes professional development and upholds a high standard of care.
The problem we recognized
The biggest problem in aesthetics isn't talent. It's support.
Too many aesthetic professionals are left on their own. No real mentorship, no community, and no guidance navigating compliance, insurance or protocols.
AAG provides the structure, compliance and confidence every professional needs, paired with the mentorship, education and opportunity every professional deserves. Medical direction is where it starts. It is never where it stops.

What makes the ecosystem different
Medical direction is the foundation. The ecosystem is the difference.
Every AAG membership pairs medical direction with training and mentorship, practice resources like consents and protocols, vendor relationships and preferred pricing, a private peer network, and member events. It's one system, designed so a provider can grow inside it from their first patient to their next location.

Jen Wells-Koepke
Jen Wells-Koepke is the founder and driving force behind Aesthetic Alliance Group, a first-of-its-kind platform designed to support aesthetic professionals through mentorship, compliance and community.
With a deep background in both the medical and aesthetics industries, Jen brings over a decade of experience helping practices scale with confidence and integrity. Her time in plastic surgery and as a top-performing aesthetics representative showed her the gaps providers were living with: little business support, and little real oversight. AAG is her answer to both.
Jen leads the business, operations and community side of AAG. Clinical oversight sits with the medical director, which is exactly the point: providers get an owner who builds the ecosystem and a clinician who leads the medicine.
Jen's mission is simple: she wants every aesthetic professional to feel supported, protected and equipped to build a career they love, while keeping patient safety and compliance at the forefront.
