She spent the last 4 years as a Senior Injectable Territory Manager at Merz Aesthetics, where she leveraged her deep understanding of the aesthetics market to foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals. 

Her focus is on implementing strategic business plans that enhance clinic growth. Her track record speaks for itself, with consistent overachievement of sales targets, including a peak of 219.4% in quarterly goals.

Prior to her role at Merz, she honed her skills as a Senior Clinical Representative at Cranial Technologies, where she educated medical professionals on plagiocephaly treatment options. Her passion for mentoring led her to become a corporate trainer, guiding new sales representatives to success. She has also made significant contributions in cosmetic and oral surgery sales at The Carlotti Center, achieving impressive revenue growth.

Recognizing the need for specialized knowledge in the dynamic field of medical aesthetics, Nick pursued advanced industry-specific education. His quest for excellence extended beyond clinical practice, as he spent several years as a national trainer for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. In this role, Nick shared his expertise, teaching healthcare professionals, including Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, about the clinical application of Botulinum Toxins and Dermal fillers for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes.

Nick’s passion for teaching is not confined to training sessions alone. He actively engages with the professional community by speaking at conferences and contributing to the collective knowledge in the field. As a proud member of the Arizona Injector Society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nick remains dedicated to advancing the standards of practice and fostering collaboration among practitioners globally and offers medical director services in Scottsdale, Tucson, Phoenix, and all of Arizona.
