He has educated hundreds of healthcare professionals on the clinical use of Botulinum Toxins and Dermal Fillers for both cosmetic and therapeutic purposes.

Operations Manager
Monic’s leadership philosophy is rooted in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where learning and growth are prioritized. Her commitment to mentoring has been instrumental in guiding other office managers, helping them to navigate the complexities of medical spa operations and achieve their professional goals.

Jen Wells-Koepke is the founder and driving force behind Aesthetic Alliance Group, a first-of-its-kind platform designed to empower aesthetic professionals through mentorship, compliance, and community.
With a deep background in both the medical and aesthetics industries, Jen brings over a decade of experience helping practices scale with confidence and integrity. Her career began in plastic surgery and evolved through years as a top-performing aesthetics representative, where she recognized a growing gap in the industry. Talented injectors lacked true business support, mentorship, and compliant medical oversight.
That insight led to the creation of AAG, a platform built to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and sustainable business growth.
Jen’s mission is simple. She wants every aesthetic professional to feel supported, protected, and empowered to build a career they love while keeping patient safety and compliance at the forefront.
